Grow into a fun and empowering yoga adventure designed just for kids! Each 45-minute class blends movement, imagination, and mindfulness—where storytelling meets strength and stretch. Student yogis will flow through creative yoga sequences inspired by animals like cobras, frogs, and dogs, and learn how to balance, focus, and connect their breath to movement. Through playful games, teamwork, and calming breathwork, your child will build flexibility, coordination, and confidence—while discovering tools to relax and self-regulate. It’s a space to move, laugh, breathe, and grow together in a supportive and community-minded environment.
3s, 4s and 5s on Wednesdays 3:30 pm - led by Heather
Join us for a joyful and imaginative 6‑week journey at GTHR, where yoga meets storytelling, sound, and playful movement. Each 45‑minute class invites little ones into a creative world of animated poses and fun games crafted to enhance motor coordination, concentration, and cooperative play. Through breathwork, relaxation techniques, and engaging sequences, your child will strengthen their body, nurture focus, build self‑regulation, and grow social confidence. It’s more than yoga—it’s a launchpad for lifelong physical and emotional well‑being, all within a nurturing, community‑spirited space.
